I am a fully insured acupuncturist and a member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC), providing acupuncture services to clients in Worcester Park and nearby in North Surrey / South West London.

Acupuncture is an ancient system of medicine dating back around two thousand years. It sees health issues, whether they be physical, emotional or mental, as a sign that the body is out of balance.

Acupuncture uses fine needles to penetrate the body at specific points, affecting the body’s energy and returning it to a state of equilibrium. For optimal health, our energy, known as Qi, must be able to flow freely around our bodies. Stimulating these points unblocks and strengthens our Qi which nourishes and restores our bodies.

Traditional acupuncture operates as a ‘whole person’ approach, in other words It treats the whole of you rather than just a specific problem. This holistic approach can bring about further positive changes including better sleep and appetite, more energy and a feeling of wellbeing.

My particular passion is in the treatment of women’s health issues, an area which has since become the primary focus of my acupuncturist practice.

Much evidence demonstrates the valuable role that acupuncture can play in maintaining women’s overall healthcare. As a qualified acupuncturist I help women create and put into practice a wellness strategy. This empowers them to achieve better overall health and well-being.

Apart from running my clinic for people in the Worcester Park area, I work as an associate at Hannah Pearn’s fertility acupuncture clinic in London. I also belong to a community of advanced level practitioners specialising in women’s health issues and I am a member of the Acupuncture Fertility Network.
